All data or information provided while using the TF LOI Assistant feature of our Website ("LOI Data"), other than your email address, bypasses our Website and servers and is provided directly to a third-party software as a service provider. We do not have access to your LOI Data on our servers and are unable to use or access your LOI Data (including for retrieval in the event you request it). Our third-party provider supplies a link to resume completion of your document at a later time, which expires after 30 days. The manner in which our third-party provider stores, retains and uses the LOI Data is subject to their terms of use and privacy policies, which can be found here and here. Use of the TF LOI Assistant feature is subject to our Terms of Use.
